Great plugin

It is actually a pretty-well build plugin that covers 80% of all zendesk-related issues. Been looking initially at Gravity Forms + Zendesk (by crmperks) combination and this one is much better coded. Also, custom fields are supported and that is a premium feature in competing plugins. Well done!

One thing I’d like to add here is support for Zendesk Tags. Sending tags with forms would make it so much easier to handle complex business logic.
