No support for paid users

The plug in is good for automatic posting to social network accounts.
Though author promptly responds to any support questions for free version on www.remarpro.com, when you buy PRO version and need help (you need to open ticket on official site) you will not get answer.
Too bad author forgets its users once they pay. If he doesn’t have time to develop plugin and answer to support inquiries then increase price of PRO version and hire someone to do it for you.
