Losing Faith

A used to swear by Wordfence but over the last few weeks and after a few brute force attacks which left one of my sites suspended by my provider I have completely lost faith in it. Today again my site got attacked, Wordfence just sat there doing nothing. no blocked IP, nothing. I installed another plugin to monitor things and it picked up a brute force attack and resolved the issue and wordfence saw nothing. Unfortunately I am uninstalling this plugin after a long time using it.
