Great Plugin

Really helps with implementing best practices, as the entire WP community is moving away from using shortcode unless absolutely necessary. So far, no bugs or any “wonky” behavior. Though it works great, I have a couple suggestions to make it even better:

1) Add x number of paragraphs from the BOTTOM as an option for ad placement. Currently, x number of paragraphs from the top works great. But it would be nice to add one more before the content ends.
2) Instead of a fixed number of paragraphs, a % option would be awesome. For example, “place an ad block after 25%” of content”. This would actually negate suggestion #1, as you could then have two ad blocks, one at say 25 and another at 80% or something.
