    Hi, can you be more specific about which rules you had to disable? I am curious to know.

    In regards to your comment.

    It catches attempted logins and bans the users,

    Is your site a membership site? Do you have more than just you the admin login into your site’s back-end? Did you enable the following Brute Force feature Rename Login Page?

    Under User Login do you have the following feature enabled Login Lockdown? If you do which features did you activate?
