Great plugin!

This is very useful plugin which works well and is easy to use. I actually want to use it to leave a comment rather than submit a review so want to be able to customize the text displayed. I gather this option will be available in the pro version which I am looking forward to. Does anyone know when the pro version will be available? Thanks to the developers for the plugin. Mike
