    Your plug in is great. One thing would be cool though. For the Offline message, it would be great if they could leave either an email OR a phone number. Right now, if they try to leave a phone number, they form doesn’t submit. Some folks would rather leave a phone number than an email.

    it is possible to add extra fields (for example, “phone number”) for offline chatbox form. This feature “Custom additional fields(if Chat status “Offline”) is available in PRO plugin version. You can add new fields in plugin settings at wp-chat.com dashboard.

    Oh wow, cool. And just to be clear, if I add a field for phone number, can I remove the field for email? How much is the pro version?

    For today, you are not able to remove the field for email. We will try to implement this feature in one of the next plugin versions. You can check the cost of PRO plugin version in your wp-chat.com dashboard by clicking on “Get PRO” button.

    Thank you. Well in a future version, if a user is every able to just leave a phone number instead of an email, I would definitely be interested in the PRO version.

    Hi. I just thought I would touch base on this again. What I would like to do for offline messages is have a phone number field AND an email address field. And the user can pick which ever one they want to fill out. Some customer prefer email…others phone.

    Is this a possibility yet?

    The ability for website visitor to pick between an email or a phone number to leave before writing you is not available yet.
