Great plug-in, great support!

Needed a way to automate the DB population process, this plug-in was just the answer, Highly recommend. Went to the plug-in support page looking for some info and the author proactively sent me a message asking how he could help – this was one of the best support experiences Ive had… even paid plug-ins, or software dont do it that well. Kudos to you good sir!
