Great Map App but

  • The app works fine, but it have some things that should be fixed:

    1. You can add markers with a pop-up showing rich text/images. And, you can set an URL to open link when marker is clicked:
      a) The problem here is in mobile: when you tap marker, the link is opened and you can’t see pop-up with description.
      b) If you don’t set a link (to be able to view description popup), and add a link in the pop-up, you can’t tap link inside popup, because in mobile, only shows the pop-up when the finger is on the screen. When you take your finger off the screen, the pop-up vanishes. So, there is no way that this feature work well in mobile.
    2. The pop-up only works well if you put a very short text. If you add a sentence (20 or 30 words) the pop-up enlarges and surpases the screen. Tried everything (coding in CSS) and there’s no way to make this pop-up to contain the text. It only shows the 4/5 first words of the sentence.

      I only hope this will be fixed soon!

    Thank you for the feedback! We’re sorry that the plugin didn’t meet your expectations.

    About your first point, more granular control over how the tooltip and click actions work are available in the Pro version. In this free version the options available are indeed more limited.

    About your second point, from what you describe we’re not sure if it’s a css conflict with something else on your page, if there’s indeed too much content to display in the available space or a matter of adjusting the tooltip content and add some line breaks code. If you open a support ticket in the support forum and share the link to your page we can look into it.
