Great Little Plugin

  • Was a bit unsure when I activated this plugin and a little more unsure when I realised I had to pay the extra money for the pro version to enable me to do what I wanted.

    However my fears were put aside as soon as I started to get my head around how it works. It simply has to be the way forward with a small ticketing system that is in your control and not in 3rd party hands.

    The support from the Pradeep Makone Plugin Author is great and very quick to respond to messages of help.

    My only disappointment is my own server limitations in that as i am on a shared host server, I cannot initiate the email piping, which would be extremely useful.
