I had a question, I have the redirection plugin, but I was wondering I just have a simple “Register” with a number contact form 7 and multiple numbers in which I want it to go to the page that goes with the number it redirects too.

For example if:

they put

OF111 it will go to https://www.oxfordlp.com/OF111
OF112 it will go to https://www.oxfordlp.com/OF112
OF113 it will go to https://www.oxfordlp.com/OF113
