Great idea, but it's not working…

Hi,

Trying to use this to migrate settings from a development site using the West theme to West Pro (the theme blows away all custom settings, if you update, but that’s a separate issue).

In any case, I export, and the file is downloaded.

When I try to import, I get an error message saying:

“The page at _web site_.com says:
Error importing settings! Please check that you uploaded a customizer export file.”

Same response trying to import back to the original environment, or after any theme switches.

Anything to check?
