Great Idea but doesn’t work every time

This in the unique plugin and a great idea, but looks like that it doesn’t work every time. I can click and vote and get thank you for your vote every time, even Cookie is enabled. Also, when I open in the different browser, and vote, I get vote count up, but returning to original browser and refresh does not show new vote. Thanks,
