Great Help, excellent customer care!

Even though the support I received did not fully solve my issue, the customer care attendant was very helpful and through in her responses. She took her time to understand the problem and offered a variety of options and solutions. She was also quick to respond and we tried to think of outside the box solution, but to no avail. However, the level of commitment from their customer care team was well received and much appreciated. Thank-you again.
