Great Great Great plugin!

I was trying to customize the layout of frontend form and couldn’t do it with JS. detach and append wasn’t working, advanced custom field wasn’t saving field contents and many more problem. But this thing worked perfectly. Thanks to the developer.

Please add some screenshot and more descriptive info here. I was confused and couldn’t decide if this is the plugin I am looking for.
