Great free backup plugin; Great free support!

I have used the free version of UpdraftPlus Backups for several sites for years with no problems at all. I encountered a problem with uploads to remote storage on a couple of sites this week and posted about it on the support forum. Within a day, they released a new version of the plugin that fixed my problem. That is great support, especially for free!
