Great Form

Form worked great after Simon made a few tweaks. he was very quick to fix an issue and has been great so far.

Ive installed several plugins and dont get support which is very frustrating especially if you pay for them. But Simon was on the ball almost instantly.

The only issue is I wish he would send an email to the user to tell them how he corrected the issue. This would insure that if for some reason he was unavailable the user would be able to correct of updated.
