Great for SMB, easy and low cost

I advise this live chat to all my customers for whom I run a WordPress website.
The plugin is easy to install and set up, easy to use, lovely! It is great for smb. You can first try all the options and possibilities with the free trial they are offering, and after that you can subscribe to the Solo plan which has a really affordable price for small businesses. This way an SMB owner has everything they need in their live chat at low cost. And as an extra option I always tell them they can add a live chat button to their Facebook page as well.
