Great for end users, some limitations for developers

There are some very compelling and powerful features once you dig into it.

For the end customer the admin interface is easy to use, and it works as a proper membership system as opposed to having separate plugins for events and forms. Their customer support and training is great and that makes my customer happy.

As a developer, there are some limitations to getting everything to look exactly the way I would have wanted it, but at least the provided design is fairly non-controversial.
