    It’s a good idea to run this before releasing a new theme or update and periodically after this plugin has been updated, or WordPress itself (deprecated functions).

    The latest update is great. Now it check for themes encroaching on plugin territory by registering post types, taxonomies, shortcodes, etc. It even checks for sanitization of Customizer settings which is a really easy thing to overlook.
