• I really can’t understand all those 5 Star Reviews. I have Problems with the Plugin all the time. At first it seemed great. The Interface is understandable, intuitive, it is also responsive – but not really. At this point the Plugin is not flexible. If you want to do something with Bootstrap Grid, you can forget it. (Like blending out a grid on s but not on xs and so on)
At the moment I have a lot problems exporting and importing my Database: The Plugin sometimes destroys my DB Export, it seems like only half of my DB Dump is exported. Sometimes when importing, it takes so long, that its endning in a timeout. (I tried it on a Webspace and on my local Machine) And my Computer is running out of ram because of importing a simple DB Dump.
When it is working, the Dump is imported – the pages with the Page Builder are suddenly only HTML, you need to revert the page to Page Builder, which is very annoying.
I thought the Plugin can only get better… but to be honest, one year ago, it was better than now.

    Hi @teresasumisu

Thanks for taking the time to add such detailed feedback, it’s most appreciated. Grid blending hasn’t been on our radar so to speak so that’s something I’ll look at this week and chat to the team about what can be done in that regard moving into 2018.

Really sorry to hear about the DB and reverting issues you’ve run into. Both of those have been encountered before and are almost always solvable. Would you like to work those with us in a support ticket? If you would, we’d be happy to assist here on the .org forums or on our own forum at siteorigin.com. We’d also be prepared to extend email support to you for these two issues (assuming you aren’t using SiteOrigin Premium). If you do post a support topic, please, send me the link here or if you’d like to take us up on the email offer, please, let me know. I’m sure we can make progress on those two challenges you’re working through.
