Great filtering plugin and top support

I’ve always found cross-referencing multiple taxonomies a bit of an issue in WordPress, especially if you want clean URLS. I just used the Beautiful Taxonomy Filters plugin for the first time on a recent project. I created the Post Types and Taxonomies with the ‘Custom Post Type UI’ plugin, then BTF worked brilliantly right out of the box. There are some great options to customise the way it works, including the filtering of the dropdown options based on whether there are any posts to show. I used this as a sidebar widget and included it within pages of my theme and both worked fantastically. I would definitely use this plugin again. I’d like to give a special mention to the plugin creator Jonathan de Jong – supporting a free-to-use plugin on WordPress isn’t always rewarding, but I can’t fault him on his speed of responses.
