Great experience; fast support.

I had to quickly shift from another directory tool as it wasn’t appearing when I used divi. It was tricky for me to quickly understand all the options and usage for Connections, and I was hesitant knowing there were paid “addons”. But with the great reviews I went for it.

No regrets. I did have to buy the CSV Import add-on and the tile view theme to get what I wanted, but I was able to then quickly set things up the way I wanted. I will share that the documentation could use some cleaning up; it’s not easy to sift through and quickly get up to speed.

The biggest benefit of the plugin, aside from its scalability and flexibility, & having the addons … is the licensed support and WOW they were quick. I got the CSS I needed within hours or in one case, minutes – using their support tickets.
