Great Customer Support

Another plugin dev who really wants o make sure the customer gets great support. I had some initial issues with the pro plugin due to having a multisite setup, I was cusring the day I created a multisite network, yet again. Rene helped from the beginning and although there was some confusion about what the issue was (I think I had confused things by being over complicated), when it was clear what the issue was Rene jumped in and sorted it so the plugin worked with my setup.

As the staging site doesn’t allow the use of caching plugins as these can cause issues during staging I went live with the staging site version only to find that some issues arose. But Rene was there to help, the issues were caused not by this plugin but by the caching plugins and woocommerce not getting along as they should. Rene was only too happy to help get to the bottom of the issue, now I just need to sort through these damn caching plugins and get things back up to speed.
