GREAT customer service!

  • I am new to WP and just helped build a nonprofit site. Chose OptinMonster’s plugin for a simple popup that allows visitors to the site to subscribe to a newsletter. I am using the free product as we don’t have a large enough email list, or an ambitious enough site, to take advantage of their pro plans. So when I had a problem with the popup (my fault, I incorrectly set the attributes for the mailto link in the popup), I reached out to customer service my email. Erica got back to me in a couple of hours and not only had the fix but sent along a short video that showed how she made the fix so we could do it easily in the future.

    This remarkable customer service for the free product has convinced me that when we are ready to go Pro, it will be with OptinMonster!
