Great customer service

I have to say, this is the best customer service for a plugin I have seen in years. I could not make the plugin work so asked for a refund. The support tech asked what was happening, I explained and gave them admin access. They figured out it was a caching problem and everything works fine now! They didn’t need to go that far. They could have just told me I was out of luck but instead they solved the problem. Thank you!!!
