Great customer service

We recently had an issue where we were getting duplicate e-commerce entries on our Google Analytics. Immediately we suspected it was settings within Analytify that was causing the problem. Upon contacting them, they were very helpful from the start. They went through a detailed process with us of setting up a testing environment and did their own testing on our site.
They identified that it was actually another plugin that was causing the problem that we were unaware was adding tracking to our checkout. After identifying this, we were able to locate the settings and change them.
Even though they identified the problem was not caused by their plugin, they still worked with us to check if the problem was still happening and tested on their end to make sure the problem was resolved.
Other companies would have said “good luck with that” and been done helping once they figured out it wasn’t their issue. I have certainly experienced this many times. So, for them to take the time to see the issue resolved for us was awesome. I’m very happy with their service.
