Great CRM, Super Solid Support After The Purchase!

I was looking for a CRM solution for a build out I was doing. I needed something that offered integration with other packages, email, marketing, etc. But having solid support after the fact was very much key. I first tried out the free version and then moved on to purchasing the full version. Why? Because while I was trying out the free version I ran into a snag. I contacted the dev’s and in short order I was presented with the answer. Since that time I have had questions and some other tech issues which have been resolved or answered very quickly.
There is no silver bullet for every person’s needs but but I’ll tell you Woody and Mike have been very responsive and are creating a great CRM. Check it out and think through what is most important to your needs, does ZBSCRM meet your needs? In my case it met my core needs and I the areas that will round it out are on the roadmap. What I didn’t want to do was put money into a package that didn’t have good support. You absolutely can tell these guys care about what they are doing. I’m not sure they have a life with all they are doing but hey just keep turning out the new updates.
