Great but Need more function

I was looking for this type plugin for three days, always run into magneto sample request extension, but finally found it
it is great that someone put it for free,
and I don’t mind spending money on it, but I need more function like limiting number of sample, more good looking buttons, there should be function like when the customer ask for sample, if they place the order, there should be refund type of function, refund the sample charges or shipping charges of sample. ,etc
