Great but missing options

  • I used this nifty little plugin to create pages from forms and the main functionality works, however there are a couple of necessary features missing for this to be useful for us:

    1. Cannot choose to create the page under a parent page.
    2. cannot choose the page template under “page attributes”

    These 2 features are essential to automate the creation of these dynamic pages. Please consider adding these. Thanks!
