Great plugin, lots of options too!

  • This plugin is great. Infinitely better than the one from Trustpilot. Lots of options for layout and very easy to integrate. However, my Trustpilot rating is currently “Great” but this plugin oddly reports that it’s “Good”. The reason for this has ben explained via direct contact with the author and I’ve added the extra 5th star to my review here.

    I definitely recommend the plugin!

    Hello Jason,
    We have answered it.

    4.2 is not enough to be “EXCELLENT”. I do not know why your Trustpilot score is 4.2 with full of 5* reviews (maybe some of them are compromised?!?), but its a #trustpilotthings.

    In admin.trustindex.io, all of your reviews are visible, so our system can recount your summary score, so it can give you better classification.

    This is not a sales text to sign up for. But the free plugin can only work with limits (so we don’t have to bear the cost of downloading os reviews) so it can only process the number that platform sent to Trustindex. And in the present case, it is a little less than what is needed for better classification.

    I hope that you can get some new 5* reviews and your Trustpilot score will be higher soon!

    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for taking time to look into this. I don’t think my rating is excellent. Trustpilot shows my rating (4.2) as Great. But your plugin shows it as Good.

    But should receive some more reviews soon, and I’ll contact Truspilot too as all my reviews are 5*. I’ll continue to use the plugin though ??

    Super! Let’s hope the ratings will flow.

    We have “Good” and “Excellent”. There is nothing between them. (Interested visitors can’t tell the difference, so it can be misleading)

    Trustpilot has an own score counting algorithm, which, it seems, is not perfect if it returns other than 5 if you have only 5 star real ratings…

    Please, keep us updated if there is something new in this case.
