Updates break plugin – Disappointed

  • Very handy plugin. The free version is great. The Pro version comes packed with useful tools. The developers are there to help when there are issues. Makes managing images and space easier.

    I found their support system difficult to work with. My Microsoft 360 email account blocks their email entirely so I don’t even see them in the spam folder. Tip: Use a gmail account for support.

    The verification system lags so is cumbersome to use. But stick with it as the support provide will eventually resolve whatever issues you get.

    Awesome! I installed it on a new site and it installed like a charm. I like that it doesn’t request a set up. I always skipped that any way. Thank you!
