    This plugin looks like it will solve some problems I’ve been having with pagination for my single-custom.php pages, but…not sure if it will solve the main one, which is to get a nice

    <Prev 1 2 3 … 6 7 8 Next>

    style pagination, or maybe

    <First <Prev 1 2 3 … 6 7 8 Next> Last>

    Where the numbers update as you move forward and back.

    I know you can get the First and Last links and can display multiple previous and next pages, but is this sort of rolling list of pages possible?

    If not, is it possible to display a numbered list of ALL posts, sandwiched by Prev and Next?

    I’m sorry, but your first request is not possible, not without a major rewrite anyway.

    As far as your second request (displaying a numbered list of all posts), I suppose it might be possible, if you set num_results to some huge number like 9999, set the return parameter to ‘object’ and write your own loop to create the links and number them. You’ll have to play around with it on your own.
