• I have made two sites using this theme. It is a very good base theme when you want to design the layout by yourself, but don’t care if good default styles already exist, as they are easy to modify anyway. For example the mobile menu that slides in from the side of the screen is very nice and I tend to keep it as it is. It is easy to change the defaults for styling and page structure. Markup is clean and it uses the latest version of Foundation.

There are a lot of Customizer options which sometimes cause making changes in a child theme a little difficult though. When you overwrite things in a child theme, there’s quite many Customizer options that you have to disable or alter because they wouldn’t work any more. For a less experienced user the numerous customizer options are only a good thing, I think.

There’s about just as much functionality as I would hope. Well designed widget slots, the mobile menu mentioned above, clean default templates for pages, posts etc. But no complex things that would slow pages down and be difficult to remove when you don’t need them.

The theme also supports gettext translation for about all strings visible to user, I think, which is one of the most important requirements to me.

My main point is that this theme has saved me a lot of time when creating websites, and it is delightful to work with it.
