Not a Great App.

It works great until it doesn’t. I get hundreds of posts DAILY, of WordPress issues related to this app that I finally had to send it into the cornfields. I suddenly have all kinds of wild alert accessing my account, and then they tell me oh wait, maybe not.

I originally supported this app with 4 stars but as time has gone on, I’m spinning in crazy town.

I have 2 accounts, most recently I was told I needed to up the security, not the spam protection, I paid for it on the business ac and then got notice 2 days later that my security had expired.

I am so frustrated that every communication has to go thru WordPress. The fact that English is the 2nd language leaves the user languishing in verbal confusion.

I just paid 35 bucks for 3 ac’s where I only have 2 websites listed and only paid for the spam feature when I was asking for security.

Contact for billing and murphy’s law questions needs to be done immediately. At a minimum give us a frigging email address to contact you. I’m a hairs breath away from firing this app and going with askimet.

Get it together. Email me at either address on file. Do not respond to this via WordPress since they are going to my spam folder and I don’t have time to search thru a hundred email to find the specific answer to my questions… tho I’m not holding my breath
