Great and simple

I am using the free version but soon hope to upgrade to the paid version. It is nice having this because instead of using third party such as freshdesk or zendesk you can do everything right in your website and you do not need clients to make a seperate email login to just get support it is also great because it works with wp-livechat and if a user on my site needs live chat support and the chat needs to be escalated i can simply open a support ticket. What i cant seem to find is canned responses or custom css for the support portal otherwise it is a great and simply easy to use support system and the inbound email function is nice.
