Hi,
We are so sorry, would you please tell us what problems you encountered when using our plugin?

Well, I’ve used it 4-5 times because It was recommended by a popular YouTuber. There is always some problem. This time it didn’t migrate pages & posts for some reason. everything else just not pages.

I’m going back to updraft and all-in-one migrate. Two plugins but they seem more dependable.

With every release, our plugin?has become?more?stable?and reliable.?Currently, we find almost all of the reported problems are the compatible issues between user’s website environment and our plugin.

If you could provide us with the temp admin accounts of your source and target sites by email (support[a]wpvivid.com), we will be happy to check and try to figure out the migration issue. Thanks in advance.

I can’t. it’s a client’s website.

I appreciate the fact that you guys are working hard. So I’ll give the plugin another try after a month or so. I do really like the functionalities of the plugin.

I’ll research possible compatibility issues on your website and the hosting’s website.
