Gray Screen online

  • I notice you’ve helped someone before with getting a gray screen.
    The wizard goes through just fine, but for some reason every other page seems to be blocked somehow.
    If you have any advice on this, I’d appreciate it!

    Hello,

    If I remember correctly, the problem came from a multisite environment with a special interface (not the default one). The user was administrator of the multisite environment and the special interface messed with CSS.

    The solution was to create another admin account limited to one website (not the network) and that problem didn’t happen in that case.
