Gray lines through locator map

It looks like your theme may be the culprit. But if you post in the forums we can take a look…make sure you let them know any add-ons

I thought this was the forum. Where is the forum?

It does seem there may be a conflict with the theme. I deactivated all plugins and it did not solve the problem. But I changed themes and the problem did seem to disappear. But this is Salient, one of the most popular themes at Themeforest, with 97,113 Sales. Changing themes is not an option at this point, I would have to switch plugins… but I could certainly edit the child theme files if there is a solution.

The really strange thing is that this problem did not show up for weeks, just happened last week and I have not switched themes.

I have tried to post this on your forum on your website, but it won’t let me register an account. I have the WordPress free version of the plugin, because I didn’t need the functionality of the pay plugin. I have read your documentation ad nauseum and can’t solve the problem.

I am starting to think I will have to use a different plugin… which will cost me and my client a lot of money, to find one that works. I am really sad about that because I loved this plugin in so many ways. I also feel like people need to know BEFORE they install and spend many hours configuring the plugin like I did, that it will not work with even very popular WordPress themes… if that is the problem. I will wait a few more hours for a response and then move on.

There are thousands of themes from WordPress and we try to adjust by creating different styles, we have not had any reports about that particular theme or we would

If you were not able to register in the SLP home forum yesterday, the server was being updated maintained, so not sure if that may have been the same time and caused a glitch. We ask to post in the forums under this support page there is info, because we do not monitor this WP SLP forum as often. We only get a question here once in a blue moon.
You “Purchase” for $0 the forum support it is only a regsitration.

CSS may help you overrule the theme, or you might try a different plugin style under Settings/ View.
But visiting that site again, it appears the search is broken besides the map issue, this usually indicates a Javascript issue.
