Sorry to hear you’re having this issue.

I checked your popup and this seems to be an issue with the gravity form itself since your popup was able to render your form correctly.

Does the Next button work if placed normally on a page instead of a popup?

If the button works outside of the popup, please give us temporary access so that we can check this thoroughly.
