Gravity Forms + VarkTech Pricing Deals PRO for WooCommerce Confliction

  • Good Afternoon Team Vark,
    I purchased your plugin over a year ago to utilize it for its BOGO abilities, which worked great. Today I spent a few hours trying to make a BOGO (first one of this year) and I was seeing the discount applied when the items added to cart but the final subtotal was not discounted. After some online reading it was possible it was a plugin issue, so i pushed my site to a staging environment and tested the plugins. When all but your plugins and woo-commerce plugins are turned off the discount works perfectly!!! However after turning each one back on, i notice it was my Gravity form which was causing the issue. I am not sure why its happening and both plugins are up to date! I am using gravity forms to capture donation to the website. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions as i want to continue to use your plugin but can’t at this rate and the gravity form is more important then BOGO so I can’t just turn it off for the time being.     As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
