Gravity Forms Upgrade form

I wander if anyone can help?

I’ve made some member registration Gravity Forms offering different levels, but now i need to make an upgrade form that will update their profile to the different level and payment.

I’m having issue with how to make the form – anyone know of any step-by-step instructions? I’ve searched but cant find any?
