    Hello,
When I have the Members plugin activated, it prevents the Gravity Forms “Post Update” from loading. I can’t figure out how to determine the required capabilities for the addon to load properly. All of the permissions are checked in the member settings for the account role I’m using.

Could you let me know what permissions are required for this to be visible and how to find that information? There is another plugin “Gravity Forms Bookings” that is behaving the same way, but it is commercial.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I am also having an issue with Members and Gravity forms. I installed Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-On but with Members activated, it will not allow the Gravity forms submissions to be exported to Hubspot.

I’m having an issue with the Gravity Forms Mailchimp Add-on and Members. When Members is activated, I cannot access the Mailchimp Add-on settings page.

I just remembered that Members limits new functionality based on roles. Since Members was activated for me BEFORE the Mailchimp Add-on, I needed to grant the Admin role the GF Add-on capability for the Mailchimp Add-on. For me, this is located at Members -> Roles -> Choose the right role -> GF Add-ons. From there, just select Grant for any new add-on capabilities.

    Hi @crwfadmin, @pumpadmin

Plugin authors can use any capability they want, including custom capabilities to access their features. If you know which capabilities are required to edit a particular feature in a plugin you can assign those capabilities to a user/role.
In case when you don’t know capabilities, you need to contact plugin author to get more information about capabilities used in their plugin.

I am trying to give Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-On admin role, but I don’t have the option Members -> Roles -> Choose the right role -> option in the Members settings. Is this an add-on for Members?

@pumpadmin – I just added the Gravity Forms Hubspot Add-on to one of my sites that uses Members. After activating the plugin, I went to Members -> Roles -> Administrator -> GF Add-ons tab. Under that tab, there are 2 unchecked capabilities: Hubspot: Add-on Settings and Hubspot: Uninstall. I checked ‘grant’ for both of them and then pressed Update. Once I did that, then Hubspot appears as a tab under the GF settings.

@nadesignlab That did it, thank you!
