I have a bunch of pops up with gravity forms in each and the gravity form is not showing, its there but with a display:none on it, usually cause of a JS issue.

There is also the following in the console log
    (4) [DiviAreas] Invalid CSS rule .is-content-justification-center) .wp-block-button.aligncenter front.min.js?ver=2.3.6:1

  • I have the same problem as of this morning. I updated to Gravity 2.5.5 this morning and noticed the problem after that.

Same problem here. The Gravity Forms are not working with popup. Either the form isn’t showing reCaptcha or if I am disabling the reCaptcha, the form isn’t submitting anything.

Have any of you found an alternate solution for displaying gravity form in popup? I was so happy with this plugin but it appears to be unsupported (last update 3 months ago, and no response from customer support). I am going to have to abandon and find another way.

    Hello @poonasor,

    Apologize for the inconvenience!

We have not received such issues with the gravity form but would love to have a look at your website URL. However, the error message is more of a warning sign caused by a wrong css. This issue is already addressed and will be marked as a warning message in the next update.

Please get back to me, in-case of any query.

    Regards,
    Syed

    Hi @poonasor

Here’s a quick update on the issue: We have addressed the messages about “Invalid CSS rules” in the recent plugin updates. They are gone once you update to version 3.0.2

About the Gravity Forms issue, you, @zeeshanx and @sattva11 experience: Please take a look at our knowledge-base article on using Gravity Forms inside Popups.

We frequently test Gravity Forms inside Popups, and there is no issue when using the ajax="true" option, as described in that article.

In case you experience issues with Gravity Forms even when using the ajax flag, please open a new ticket and let us know the URL of the website, so we can review the individual case … because, as mentioned, Gravity Forms work well on our dev sites …

BTW, you can also share those details privately by submitting an email ticket via divimode.com/get-support

Thanks, and happy Popup-ing ?? Philipp
