Gravity forms Next button

Hi there hoping to find some help here. I am using Gravity forms to create a form for my wordpress site. After completing the form I posted a private liver version of the form and the next button as well as the submit button do not work at all. When clicking either of these buttons it simply refreshes the page and removes all previous selected info.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thank you.
