• Hi gqevu6bsiz,

Thanks for rolling out the new update. Fixed my customise menu option ??

I noticed a minor side menu issue today. I use Gravity Forms on most sites and if I move the ‘Form Entries’ submenu option into the submenu option of another menu item, I get redirected to a 404 page on the front end. If I move it back, it works fine.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hi Gqevu6bsiz,

Sorry, Gravity forms is a premium plugin so not in the repository. I’ve no problem getting a copy to you if it helps? For now, I’ve removed it from the sidebar and have enabled a dashboard box which provides alternative access.

    Thanks,

    Mark

(your admin screenshots, your customize screenshots of WP Admin UI customize, and if you possible to your settings data and your site)
i.e.) I want to look at the phenomenon that is 404 page on the front end.(This could be totally unexpected.)

    Thanks,

    Hi Gqevu6bsiz,

The 404 page is because the URL appears incorrectly when moved under a different menu. I have another thread here relating to the Google Lanugage Translator and it is a similar issue. I think the URL doesn’t work and so the backend user is redirected to a 404 on the front-end.

If you are interested in looking at it, I would be happy to set up a test site with clean install of Gravity forms and provide you with the admin login, ftp etc.?

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hi Mark,

Thank you, I can see to a little of your problem and I think also that it is same problem.

About the redirect 404 of frontend,
I think usually appears a 404 server error on admin screen.
So, I think maybe your server setup have to 404 redirect(frontend) from server error setting.(etc: .htaccess/httpd.conf/other plugins)

If the above settings are not case,

If you are interested in looking at it, I would be happy to set up a test site with clean install of Gravity forms and provide you with the admin login, ftp etc.?

I want to confirm the phenomenon.
    And, If you don’t mind,

    • Admin account(I check admin screen)
    • FTP account(I check .htaccess/error.log and in some case direct debug WP Admin UI Customize)

Could you send me please the above information?

    Thanks,
    gqevu6bsiz
