Hello, thanks for this excellent plugin.

Before using it, I had gravity forms connected to zapier, it worked very well but if I modified the form it was a tremendous hassle to reconfigure it because there is 40 fields and i must reconfigure it.

The problem with BIT INTEGRATIONS PRO is that some fields of the GRAVITY FORM do not appear in the list to connect them, for example the entry id of the form received, in ZAPIER it did appear to connect.

This field is important for me. It has a solution?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear Daniel Fernandez,

We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Currently, when we release an integration, it is integrated with the core plugin. As a result, Bit Integrations only displays the available fields in the field mapping option that are present in the form field.

However, we will take your feedback into consideration and have a discussion with our development team to see what can be done to improve this situation. Thank you for your input.

Ok, thanks. Other problem i found: BIT INTEGRATIONS duplicated entry twice. My Gravity form has two parts. One first to fill a form and second part to pay inscription by gravity woocomerce conection.

When i finish fill gravity form, bit send data to google sheet, ?Great! but gravity create an entry, the second step of form is pay, when i finish to pay, gravity create a second entry, similar to first entry, Twice.

If i deactivate BIT, gravity doesnt create duplicate entry.

We are happy to inform you that we have updated the plugin, and now the “Entry ID,”Form ID,” “Title,” and “Date Created,” is included in the field mapping option.

We have also tested the duplicate record trigger for Gravity forms, and it is working perfectly on our end. We recommend updating the plugin to the latest version and checking if the issue persists.

However, if you still face the duplicate issue after updating the plugin, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you.
