Gravity Forms failing after adding this plugin

Hello,
I installed Gravity Forms, then this plugin. When I entered my Stripe API codes and submitted the form, the options went away (blank). I did not enter any value for Test API. Also, there was no support code entered on top. See the screenshot, below. Gravity Forms is now crashed and will not work unless I deactivate Gravity Forms + Stripe.
