    Hi,

I know how weird this sounds. I have a Gravity Form on my website with a dropdown box and the dropdown arrow icon to show it’s a dropdown box does not display. I put the website in troubleshooting mode and the icon appears when woocommerce is deactivated. I tried the same thing when not in troubleshooting mode and the icon disappears when Woocommerce is activated.

Any idea why Woocommerce would affect a Gravity Form icon?

    TIA,
    Karen

    Hi,

However it’s only when Woocommerce plugin is activated that this happens therefore it’s Woocommerce that’s causing the conflict.

I have contacted them as well.

    Hi Karen,

From what you’ve described, it seems like there could be a conflict between WooCommerce and the Gravity Forms plugin.

This is not uncommon as different plugins can sometimes interfere with each other’s functionality due to overlapping code or similar reasons.

However it’s only when Woocommerce plugin is activated that this happens therefore it’s Woocommerce that’s causing the conflict.

I understand that this only occurs when WooCommerce is active, however since the issue pertains to the Gravity Forms plugin, you’d need to reach out to the respective plugin developers for further help with this, which I understand you have already done.

In the meantime, you can check if this occurs when you temporarily switch your sites theme to a default theme, such as Storefront, and with only WooCommerce and Gravity Forms activated, as its possible it could be a theme conflict.

    Hope this helps!
