Gravity Forms Disconnecting from HubSpot Daily

  • Gravity Forms keeps disconnecting with Hubspot and I have to keep reauthorizing it. I think it is happening every day around midnight, but I am not completely sure of the frequency. The entries still get captured by Gravity Forms but they don’t make it into Hubspot. This is a huge problem because I’m missing leads and have upcoming marketing campaigns already scheduled. I can’t recreate the problem on my own because I don’t know when or how the disconnect happens.

    The confusion I have is I have three other identical cloned sites that are branded for different universities and they NEVER disconnect. All the theme and plugin setup is the same, but this is the only site that disconnects. I’m on WP Version 5.2.1

    I turned on logging right before submitting this ticket so I don’t have any logging data to provide showing a disconnect. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

  • Is there any update on this? It appears I’m experiencing the same thing.

    Sorry, not trying to thread hijack. It’s just maybe this issue will be seen if more people have it?

    I abandoned this plugin since it seemed to have zero support.

    It looks like there is now a native Gravity Forms Hubspot add-on that may be worth you trying.
